The MoKan Emergency Preparedness group encourages everyone to “hope for the best but prepare for the worst”. With the flooding in the midwest, the recent ice storms, and a very wet and stormy Spring, we cannot prepare enough for these events. With that being said we would encourge everyone to follow the focus of this years National Preparedness Month event by “Getting a kit, Make a plan, Be informed and Get Involved”.
